Rogers Park One Day Surgery Center is proud to be accredited by the nation’s predominant standards setting and accrediting body in health care. Accreditation by the Joint Commission is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that indicates that an organization meets certain performance standards.

JCAHO PUBLIC NOTICE

The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations will be surveying facilities on an unannounced basis beginning January 1, 2006.

The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the practice’s compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards. The survey results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded to the organization.

Joint Commission standards deal with organizational quality, safety-of-care issues, and the safety of the environment in which care is provided. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent valid information about such matters may contact the Joint Commission at:
